Beyond strategy, Rain also serves as an Executive Assistant to clients—overseeing operations, managing diverse teams, and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

With expertise in social media management paired with strong operational leadership, Rain empowers entrepreneurs to build businesses that are scalable, efficient, and truly impactful.

Arlene Santiago

Arlene Santiago is a working mother of three and a dedicated health and fitness coach who is passionate about supporting mothers and active adults in building strength, confidence, and resilience—both physically and emotionally.

She understands the reality of everyday chaos: balancing work and family, putting everyone else first, and occasionally relying on fast food just to get through the day. Arlene shows up for the women who do it all, even when they feel stretched thin.

Through her coaching, Arlene helps mothers regain confidence, overcome life’s obstacles, and prioritize their own well-being without guilt. She believes deeply in every woman’s inner strength and capacity to care for herself while caring for others.

Arlene’s mission is to help women step into their power, nurture their physical and emotional health, and evolve into the strongest, most confident version of themselves—the ultimate supermom.
